Cannon Solutions relocates its Jackson, Mississippi offices
119 Marketridge Drive (Ridgeland, MS) – Cannon Solutions merged with Oce’ North America in late 2012 to better serve both companies customer base. As a result of the company merger, they reorganized their office in the Jackson, Mississippi operation and right sized their commercial office-warehouse space on a long-term lease renewal at their current facility.
UCR Properties, LLC represented the Landlord, Business Park Partnership, L. P., in the commercial office warehouse lease transaction.
