Over the past two weeks, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Lily Kate Farrar as an intern at NAI UCR Properties, and she made an immediate impact.

A Madison, MS native and Ole Miss student majoring in Finance & Real Estate with a minor in Entrepreneurship, Lily Kate brought curiosity, drive, and a genuine eagerness to learn every corner of commercial real estate. From marketing and brokerage to property management, financial analysis, market studies, property tours, and industry events, she gained hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of commercial real estate.
She asked thoughtful questions, embraced hands-on learning, and quickly connected classroom concepts to real-world deals, exactly the kind of forward-thinking mindset this industry needs. Most importantly, she fit right into our team-first culture and collaborative approach that we’ve built the old-fashioned way: show up, work hard, and support one another.
Lily Kate graduates in May 2026, and her future in commercial real estate is bright. We’re grateful for the energy, perspective, and professionalism she brought to our team and wish her continued success as she builds her career.
