Warren Miconi

Warren joined NAI UCR Properties as the Director of Project & Construction Management program after leading his Mississippi based project management firm that delivered regional assignments for a variety of clients. His emphasis on preliminary project planning, communication and resource management enables clients to successfully achieve real estate project goals.

Warren delivers all facets of project management services for clients and loves to create value / savings for them. Under his leadership, MPM has served office, medical, manufacturing, hospitality, multi-family educational, corporate, technology and not-for-profit clients. A creative problem solver, he assists clients at critical times to enable them to make decisions that best serve the interests of their organizations, and he aids clients in contract and lease negotiations requiring immediate support. He seeks to foster a team atmosphere throughout all project phases to achieve project goals, such as LEED certification, specialized installations, and fast-tracked deliveries.

Warren has delivered projects ranging from multi-phased corporate headquarter renovations to the construction of sole-proprietorship retail stores. His experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate and construction provides him a unique skill set that enables him to analyze projects on a conceptual level; his customer service and strong desire to make the best possible decisions for clients sets him apart.

In his free time, Warren enjoys spending time with his Wife, playing chase with his three children, cooking, running ultra marathons and prison ministry with his Church, 1st Presbyterian of Jackson. He was born in New York City and has made Jackson, MS his home.
