Two members of the NAI UCR Properties team reach the same milestone on the same day.
Flowood, Miss. — NAI UCR Properties is proud to announce that Becky Hopkins, CPM, Director of Property Management, and Lily Kate Farrar, Broker Associate, have each earned their Mississippi real estate broker’s licenses. The two passed the Mississippi broker’s exam on the same day, September 15, 2026.
Becky leads the firm’s Property Management division and oversees a commercial portfolio of more than 1.5 million square feet. She brings more than 14 years of real estate and property management experience. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Based in the firm’s Flowood office, Becky manages day-to-day property operations, develops operating budgets, and coordinates maintenance and vendor services across the portfolio. She works closely with owners to protect asset value and with tenants to keep buildings running well.
Lily Kate joined NAI UCR Properties in 2026. She was raised in Madison, lives in Clinton, and grew up around real estate, construction and design through her family. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a double major in Real Estate and Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship. While there, she served as president of Caring Companions, a volunteer organization of more than 300 members that serves assisted-living communities in Oxford.
Based in the firm’s Flowood office, Farrar works alongside the brokerage team on leasing, sales and business development across the Jackson metro and Central Mississippi. She coordinates property tours, prepares market and property research, and keeps transactions moving between clients, brokers and third parties. She is currently pursuing the CCIM designation.
