McCullough Attends Midyear Governance Meetings for The CCIM Institute in Leadership Role
As the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Region 6 of The CCIM Institute, which includes six vibrant chapters across Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas, Micah McCullough, CCIM, SIOR, Vice President of NAI UCR Properties, recently attended the 2024 Midyear Governance Meetings at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. This important event is dedicated to shaping the future of the organization and the broader commercial real estate industry.
In his capacity as RVP, McCullough serves as a crucial liaison between the chapters within his region and the CCIM Institute. His responsibilities include leading discussions during regional caucuses, participating in and facilitating Institute-sponsored training programs, and representing the chapters on the Institute’s Board of Directors. McCullough is also committed to organizing regular communication channels for the chapters, providing updates from the Institute, and assisting in the sharing of best practices among chapters to enhance their collective impact on the commercial real estate sector.
This leadership role enables McCullough to significantly contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the chapters and to advocate for their needs and aspirations within the broader framework of the CCIM Institute. He looks forward to expanding his personal and business networks, by collaborating closely with chapter leaders and members to advance the professional community and its objectives.
