Our commercial brokerage division is proud to have been able to represent Firehouse Subs as a tenant in securing their new location in Madison, Mississippi. They will be located in Phase III of the commercial development known as the Forum at Grandview.
Here is a sneak peak of what their building façade will look like. 
The developer has broken ground on construction of the building shell will be complete sometime in the third quarter of this year and Firehouse, as well as the other retailers, will be open soon thereafter.
