Tom Underwood and Micah McCullough recently attended the 2018 NAI Global Commercial Real Estate Market Outlook and Leadership Summit in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The Global Market Outlook included guest speakers such as Andy McCulloch, Managing Director, Real Estate Analytics of Green Street Advisors and Philip Mintz, Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Apollo Global Management’s US and Asia Real Estate Equity business.
The Leadership Summit contained many sessions including topics from Understanding the new Tax Law as it relates to Commercial Real Estate to Key Principles of Strategic Recruiting for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. The Summit concluded with a keynote presentation of “The Future Requires Unlearning” Presented by Jack Uldrich.
