$28.6 Million Corporate Investment, Madison County
RIDGELAND, MS – October 2020 – NAI UCR Properties, Vice President and Broker Associate, Micah McCullough, CCIM, SIOR, represented United Parcel Service (UPS) with the site selection and purchase of land located on 200 W Marketridge Drive in Ridgeland, MS. UPS plans to invest $28.6 million which will include building a new package distribution facility that will bring 161 jobs with an average annual wage of $57,000 to Madison County. Construction on the 87,500-square-foot center is expected to begin in the first half of 2021.
The property consists of approximately 14+/- acres of land located in the Highland Colony Business Park Ridgeland, MS 39157, near the intersection of Marketridge Drive & E. Marketridge Drive.
