101 Business Park Drive (Ridgeland, MS) – Soil Tech, Inc. has expanded it’s Mississippi based Corporate Office to over 7,000 square feet of commercial office-warehouse space and signed a long term lease renewal. UCR Properties, LLC, represented the Landlord, Business Park Partnership, L.P., in this commercial real estate lease transaction.
