Vicksburg, MS – UCR Properties, LLC has represented an affiliated entity, UCR Investments, in the acquisition of Pemberton Plaza, a 27,000 square-foot shopping center in Vicksburg, a city located on the Mississippi River 45 miles west of Jackson. The shopping center is shadow anchored by Kroger & anchored by TJ Maxx containing such tenants as Newks Eatery, Bestway Rent to Own, and Anytime Fitness. The shopping center was 94% occupied at the time of sale. Micah McCullough, CCIM and Brett Bailey of Jackson-based UCR Properties represented the buyer in the transaction and the seller was CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., a REIT (NYSE:CBL) located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
