UCR Properties represents Bankruptcy Trustee in the sale of Mississippi Investment Asset
2310 Iowa Blvd (Vicksburg, MS) – UCR Properties, LLC represented the DBSI Liquidating Trust in the sale of Vicksburg Plaza, a Wal-Mart Shadow Anchored Shopping Center. The investment property sold to, VMIP, LLC., a private investor based in Alexandria, LA.
The Wal Mart Shadow center went for an undisclosed multi-million dollar sum. At the time of the sale, the Shopping Center was 70% occupied by such national tenants as Radio Shack, Game Stop, and Verizon Wireless. The purchase price also included an additional 28,000 SF outparcel for future development or disposition.
