UCR Properties represents Wells Fargo Bank in the sale of Flowood Plaza
901 Lakeland Place (Flowood, MS) – UCR Properties, LLC represented Wells Fargo Bank, N.A in the sale of Flowood Plaza, a Wal-Mart Shadow Anchored Shopping Center. The investment property sold to, NHK, LLC., a private out of state investor.
The 28,000 Square Foot Wal Mart Shadow Shopping Center sold for an undisclosed multi-million dollar sum which represented an 8.43% Cap Rate. At the time of the sale, the Shopping Center was 77% occupied by such national tenants as HobbyTown USA, Papa John’s Pizza, and Anytime Fitness.
