E. Metro Parkway (Flowood, MS) – UCR Properties represented J&R Restaurant Group, Inc. in the Purchase of a 1.5 Acre Outparcel to the Market Street Flowood Mixed Use Development. The site was acquired to construct an Outback Steakhouse on the property and is currently under construction with a target opening date of late Summer 2014.
The facility will be Outback’s newest building concept, as shown below.
J&R Restaurant Group, Inc. is a Bloomin Brands, Inc. franchisee and operates multiple Outback Steakhouse & Bonefish Grill locations in Mississippi and Tennessee.
