141 Gateway Drive (Brandon, MS) – UCR Properties, LLC represented Gateway Development, Inc. in the sale of a Single Tenant Medical Office Building leased to Fresenius Medical Care. Fresenius (NYSE:FMS) is a major provider of kidney dialysis services and renal care products worldwide. The Medical Office Building was leased to Fresenius on a long term lease and was purchased by D&K Investments, LLC, a local real estate investment group.
